Goods that are deemed faulty, damaged, incorrect or delivered after the agreed dates, can be returned to us and we will refund the full cost of postage and packaging to you. We require proof of payment to process refunds, therefore please ensure you keep any receipts. Contact the Web Customer Services Team to organise all returns by calling 0208 904 1377 (open 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Costs are charged at national rate)

We will refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods.
